How can I make payment?
Payment of goods can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Performance Product Ltd and allow five working days for the funds to be clear before the product(s) can be dispatched.
Can Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) guarantee having items in stock?
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
How can I view an order I have made?
To view your order, log into the site and view your account. A full progress report will be available.
Can I make changes to my order if I’ve made an error?
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click ‘Confirm and Make Payment’ on the final page of the ordering process.
How will I receive order confirmation?
If you have supplied Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) with your email address, you will be notified by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm details. Acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
What happens if there is a delay on my order?
Occasionally, the dispatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons, such as material shortages, import delays or higher demand than anticipated. Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) will make every effort to keep you informed.
Can I cancel an order?
Customers have the right to cancel any order placed online or via telephone until dispatch of item(s). Cancellation refunds will be processed within seven calendar days.
For item(s) that have been dispatched, all goods must be returned to Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) unused and undamaged in its original packaging (including any promotional gifts) within 14 calendar days from receiving the delivery. Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) reserves the right to deduct the amount you are refunded if items are not returned in full.
How long will my delivery take?
All items ordered through gb.snooper.eu will normally be delivered within three working days from time of order. If there should be a delay to your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
How will my delivery be made?
All items will be delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available when the product is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card and retry the next working day. If the delivery cannot be made on the next working day, the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange a collection from the delivery hub. Packages will be held for a maximum of seven days.
Can I return an item?
Yes. To exercise your right to return the received goods, all goods (purchased directly from us) must be returned to Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) at purchasers own cost. Consumers have 14 days from receiving the delivery of original order to notify of a return, and return to us within 14 calendar days of this notification.

What do I have to do to receive a full refund?
For a full refund, all products must be returned unused and undamaged with all the original packaging and any promotional gifts also supplied. If items are not returned in full, Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) reserves the right to deduct a discretionary percentage of the original purchase price.
All goods are your responsibility until they reach the Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) warehouse and are signed for. All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Please allow 14 calendar days for a refund to be processed once goods have been received.
Do I need to pay for postage on returned items?
Customers are required to pay for postage of non-faulty returned items. For incorrect/faulty products, please call Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) before returning an item to discuss the returns procedure.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used for payment at the point of purchase and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed.
If you return to us for a refund a Product which has been purchased with a discount/money-off voucher/Trade-in, we will refund to you the full price of that item less the value of the discount.

Snooper products are warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when purchased from snooper.co.uk, Performance Products LTD or an authorised Snooper dealer.
Customer Returns - Limited Warranty
Faulty Products up to 30 days from purchase:-
Refund or Replace Policy, Contact Seller directly for this. Consumer is responsible to ensure software is up to date! All products must be complete with accessories and original packaging on return.
Faulty Products from 31 days to 12 months from purchase.
Snooper (Performance Products Ltd) will offer a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Contact Seller for their returns procedure, all warranty claims MUST go through the seller. Consumer is responsible for software updates! We do not warrant, represent or undertake that we will be able to repair or replace any product under this warranty without risk to and / or loss of information and / or data stored on your device.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. All products must be complete with accessories and original packaging on return.
ALL PURCHASES OF SNOOPER PRODUCTS FROM NON-authorised SNOOPER DEALERS ARE SUBJECT TO FURTHER WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
The conditions of this Limited Warranty and the extent of responsibility of Performance Products Ltd (PPL) under this Limited Warranty are as follows:
A. This Limited Warranty will become void if service is performed by anyone other than an approved Snooper Warranty Service Centre that results in damage to the product.
B. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident, or which has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed, or which has been connected, installed, adjusted or repaired, other than in accordance with the instructions provided by Snooper.
C. Should you have any difficulties with the performance of this product during the warranty period, please call Snooper or visit our web site www.snooperneo.co.uk You may also contact Snooper Customer Services at the address listed below for any service help you may need with Snooper products.
D. proof of date of purchase from an authorised snooper dealer will be required for any warranty service of this product.
E. snooper products purchased from a source other than an authorised snooper dealer, including any and all purchases via the internet.
F. from a non-internet authorised snooper dealer, shall not be covered by any snooper limited warranty to the extent allowed by applicable law.
G. this limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from EU country to EU country.
H. all implied warranties, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, shall have no greater duration than the warranty period set forth above. Under no circumstances shall snooper be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Because some EU countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
I. product must be shipped in its original carton or equivalent carton, fully insured, with shipping charges prepaid. Snooper will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.
J. the sole responsibility of snooper under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product or the replacement of the product only (whichever is deemed appropriate and at the sole discretion of snooper).
K. this limited warranty does not cover car static or other electrical interferences, labour costs or any other associated or incidental costs incurred for the removal or reinstallation of the unit for repair.
I have a voucher code, what do I do with it?
When you have the relevant products in your basket, enter the voucher code and apply the code. This will add any relevant discount to your basket.
How many products can I purchase during a promotion?
Our Fair Use Policy is that 1 consumer may only purchase a maximum of 2 products that are discounted during any promotion. This is at the discretion of Performance Products Ltd their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Can I use more than one discount on one purchase?
No, only one discount can be used in any one single transaction.
