Snooper sat navs, Bridge-Saver low bridge alerts and speed camera detectors

I have been driving a truck for over 10 years and have never really thought I needed a Snooper, but recently a co driver drove into a low bridge. Omg the hassle was unbelievable, cost the insurance, the impact on his health he is now scared of driving and often calls in sick. I brought one of thrse for him and myself and it's very good. He has more confidence now but still struggling but I am loving mine. It's a super good product and well worth the money.

Very useful for the Snooper S6900

I had a problem with my Snooper 6900 Pro and as I only bought it in October, it was still under warranty. I contacted Snooper by email detailing the symptoms; they diagnosed the issue there and then, and a replacement part was in the post the very next day. It seems to have done the trick and I’m delighted it was handled so quickly and amicably. None of the jumping through hoops you might expect from other companies

We have used Snooper Ventura units for years now with various campers/motorhomes & I think it's the most comprehensive unit for such use and very well thought out. My only gripe is that when we paid (quite a lot) for 'lifetime updates' for our current model, I thought that would mean until the unit failed as indeed the wording was (and still is) "for the life of the device". I feel this is misleading as even if the device works perfectly as ours does, it's 'lifetime' ends when Snooper decides to change it, after that you have to pay for an expensive update or buy a new unit. Current models appear to come with free lifetime updates "for the life of the device", the customer has no way of knowing how long that life is & whether that model will shortly be discontinued.

The SD card mao update works really well and I am pleased with it . I was advised that I could send the old SD card back for a £15 refund, but as I didn’t do it straight away as I was on holiday, I was told that it was too late to send it back! Which was very disappointing.

Replaced our old sat nav with this snooper with inbuilt dash cam. This had a smaller screen so we were sceptical but we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend
