I had a problem with my Snooper 6900 Pro and as I only bought it in October, it was still under warranty. I contacted Snooper by email detailing the symptoms; they diagnosed the issue there and then, and a replacement part was in the post the very next day. It seems to have done the trick and I’m delighted it was handled so quickly and amicably. None of the jumping through hoops you might expect from other companies
