What are the delivery charges?
Free next-day delivery on UK mainland orders over £50. Orders under £50 are just £2.99 for next-day delivery.
Please note, you will have to pay taxes when importing goods into your country. This is normally your local VAT rate and a small handling charge. This cost is collected from you by the courier upon delivery into your country.

What are the types of delivery and the dispatch times?
- All UK orders are sent by next-day delivery.
- Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day.
- Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery is free on orders over £50 and £2.99 under £50.
Who can sign for delivery?
Where a signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery.
What happens if I am not in?
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. We strongly advise against leaving parcels in safe places. This is a service we cannot provide.
