In Phase International Ltd and/or its affiliates (Snooper) offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

At Snooper, we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.

Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item (please see our Conditions of Sale for full instructions on cancellation and further details on your rights).

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, you can return most products within 30 days of receipt if the items are complete, unused, and in an undamaged condition.

(Note: We do not accept in-person returns or visitors at our headquarters.)

Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights or your 14-day statutory right of cancellation.

All returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. New items must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete with all original accessories, packaging, and manuals. Refunds for returned items not received in this condition may be reduced accordingly.
